not your ordinary daffodil

It's not your ordinary daffodil.... not when it was picked by your three year old's chubby little hands just for mommy. Not when he worked so hard to pick it and ran across the yard proudly with excitement and said "mommy, I got you this flower". Watching his face gleam with excitement melted my heart....
You see, he's a little scared of bee's, but he sat right beside this flower and waited patiently for that bee to finish 'eating' and when the bee flew away he picked this flower just for me.

While we try to teach our children all about life,
Our children teach us what life is all about.

Beautiful photo and thoughts to go with it. What a patient little guy to sit and wait for the bee to fly away.
