not much

Nothing major to speak of, but here's what we've been up to!

• Ezra has a middle of the year review test this week, he's been studying and doing fun things at school last week for practice. They had their own version of a game show, and the 'phone a friend' option... funny! He's mastering 2 digit x 2 digit multiplication and moving right along, after several days of practice sheets he's got it! He's decided he wants to be a chef OR a movie writer/producer when he grows up... he has a broad spectrum of ideas on that one! Both are artistic in their own respect.


• Jesse's had a few changes going on and I think I finally put my finger on it this morning. His 2nd year molars are coming in, 3 of them for sure, possibly all 4. Lower left is over 1/2 of the way in, and I didn't even know it until today! He's had a few different things going on that should have been a red light for me to be aware, but with him being a late teether, I honestly was not expecting them at 24 months! He's been a trooper, those are large teeth! On a less painful topic, he's really surprised us with his recognition of letters and numbers. We have an AquaDoodle wall mat, and we sit together for a few minutes each day and draw letters and numbers, he can recognize 1-10 on his own, and he recognizes A,B,C,D,E,G,J,S - why those letters I have no idea, but those are dedicated to memory. He's so proud when we draw a number and he can tell us what it is. We're proud for him!!


• Me and hubby - nothing new really, outside of staying busy with work, kids and life!
